2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

So I knew I was going to be close and I was -- 0.6 lbs away from my goal of 10%. It will come. Next week I will be just as happy as this week. Today in class we were challenged to look at our bad habits. I don't have time this morning but later I want to focus on my weekends as a habit I want to change and I want to write everything down. Happy Saturday everyone - I'm going to go have breakfast!
