Another nice morning. I'm enjoying the coolness outside. I've been walking with my husband on Tuesday and Thursday - today he had to leave early so I was on my own. I did hills today and it felt pretty good. I thought I would jog a little but my knee hurt a little so I quit and just walked.

I weigh in this morning. I have a huge hesitation here. It was a short week and I don't think I will see much of a loss. It's okay as long as it's not a gain -

I've really been thinking I would skip weighing today and just do it next week. I don't think that will happen. Accountability is what it's about and I will go. I will weigh in!
