Ok - seriously. When is this going to stop. Snow. Snow and it's still snowing. I was on the treadmill again, not bad with the newest NCIS episode. If I was in better shape I could have gotten in NCIS: Los Angeles too.
This week has been great. I did get on the scale. I know. I know. Yesterday morning - down. Yeah. This morning - up 1.2. UH? I'm going to blame mother nature and her expectant visit. I'm not going to blame the YUMMY watermelon that I bought at Costco yesterday. Here goes nothing today - Crispix, salad and salad. Tomorrow I will meet my goal. It's not going another week! I have done hard things! I can do hard things!
