So climbing the "G" proved its worth this morning! The first half mile of my run I just kept that G in sight and thought to myself, "If I climbed that, I can make it through this half mile. It felt really good this morning. After the first part on the canal I went up Grove Creek and then home on the road. After last night, I know I need to add a few hills to any course I do. When I got home, I got ice on my knee and my left foot. They feel great. Gotta start the day. I've got a list a mile long. Have a great day!!!

I just mapped my route - 2.77 miles - time - 35:45
If I would run all the way home and not cool down, my route would be 3.1! So close, good reference for the future! I am much slower than the first time I did this route but at the same time I added some distance going up hill. Yeah me!
