Okay, I've been taking Tuesdays off - why? I'm not sure. I am bored with Core Secrets and The Firm dvds - I just want to be outside. Any ideas for inside workouts? Tuesday and Thursdays are my strength days. Maybe I'll pull out the Body for Life book and just lift. Um.....
I definitely feel a difference when I workout and when I don't. Yep, I do miss the feeling. Maybe I'll just run everyday. Is that bad? Do any of you take a break from running or do you run everyday? I live in the foothills what about walking the days I don't run and do the hills? Come on SUNSHINE!!! Come out and make me want to go outside! Go away wind and snow!

  1. I like the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video for strenth/cardio.

    I live in a hilly area as well and on the days I don't run I walk the hills. Weather permitting. I think running everyday can put a strain on your body.

    Looking at your profile, I don't live too far from you. I am so ready for Spring to get here! I hope we don't skip it.
