Done with week 5 of 5K! Today felt so good. I didn't stop during the 5 minute run and walked faster during the 3 minute walk. I felt better about my distance and I can't wait to see what I can do outside. Monday - I am running outside. I may have sweats, sweatshirt and a stocking cap but I am running outside.
Tomorrow is weigh in. It is my day to hit my 10% goal. Now that Auntie is gone, my body and weight are back on track.
Next goal. July 1, 2010-15%.
I don't want to back any one goal so big in my mind that I can't get past it. I almost did that with the 10% - TOMORROW I AM THERE. Then we are moving on. July 1 - here I come! It is also uncharted territory. I can't remember the last time I was in the 220s.
I will remember the this time. I don't want to see them again.
