I'm turning into the weather report -- cold and possible snow.
This morning I got up early to get a 50 minute workout in -- didn't happen -- but I got 30 minutes! I put in Core Secrets and my laptop kept telling me it wouldn't read an analog disk and I needed to update my video card driver. Really. I played for a minute but couldn't figure out what video card I have -- I decided to try another disk. It worked. I tried The Firm. It worked. I didn't do all of The Firm - I think my lower body needs a break and lunges and squats aren't a break. I did all of the upper body stuff. Whoa! It's been a long time since I've done that.
Since starting the 5K training, I feel a little lax in my workouts. I was doing 45-50 minutes everyday. Now I'm doing 30 minutes 3 times a week and taking Tuesdays off and sometimes Thursdays too. I've got to get back on track with my workouts. That will make a huge difference. Well, since I played with things this morning, I'm late. Gotta go!
