1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Week 5 of 5K training. Not to bad today. On the treadmill again after snow each morning this weekend. I hate running in the cold so Mother Nature - come on. Give me some weather to run in!
I found out last night that the weekend of my 5K is an important "Family" event that I can't miss. I'm really bummed. Not going to be a problem after thinking about it. I will just sign up for another. A 5K for me is like a bucket list item. I've never done one. It was a big deal to train for and a big deal to actually participate. It will all workout -- I know it can.
I wanted to work on my weekends this month. Count 7 days of fighting the fight instead of only 5 days. I feel good about this goal. Is it achievable? I will be gone or have something going every weekend but one this month. What's this going to take? Planning!!!! I can do hard things!!! Planning will be essential. Have a great day. Off to the shower and to get kids to school!
