It's been a crazy4 days! We have been out of town so not much has happened on the weight loss front. I didn't run on Friday, why?? I can't remember, it must have been raining or I would have. Saturday we were in Mesquite and my husband got up and we walked. It felt great. We ate at a buffet the night before so walking was needed. I have to tell you that I did okay. I had a big salad first, then I had a plate green beans, corn, and red potatoes. I was full and could have quite but I had some shrimp (just plain) and 3 battered prawns. That was my splurge. It was good. To finish I had part of a piece of sugar free lemon meringue pie. The next day we drove to Vegas for a birthday party. Eating was okay there as well. For the ride home, we went to the grocery store and bought stuff for sandwiches. Yes, we bought Doritos - pretty much never want to see a Dorito again. The most important thing is that we didn't eat fast food!!! Our sandwiches were awesome! I tracked each day which was a tremendous benefit. I did use some of my flex points but nothing like other weekends I've had. Overall, a pretty darn good weekend. This isn't really very descriptive so I guess it's more for my benefit.
