It was a nice morning. A little chilly but it's amazing how soon I shed the hoodie. Today was funny. Every step was pushed. I started to go on the canal and realized just how muddy it was - yikes! That was after the first half mile. I turned around and went back to the road. Then I had mud every where. That may have played a part - jogging with cement blocks on my feet. My watch was my enemy - I kept checking it and it kept telling me to be done. I jogged over 30 minutes but when I drove my route I was only at 2.2 miles. Definitely a lot slower today.

I weigh in tomorrow because we will be out of town this weekend. It shouldn't be bad. I should be down, but it was just a short week. Next week the same. The next week the same. Can't wait to not travel on the weekend and I haven't even gone anywhere yet. Well, it is noon. Time to get something around the house done!
