Tuesday, Tuesday. I wish you were warmer and lighter in the mornings. I would love to run outside. I had four miles to do today - did them without a walking break. I want to take my walking breaks at the aid stations and that's every three miles so this is good to build up to.

While I was running a guy ran up beside me and started a conversation. He and his wife are there every time I'm there. He complimented me on my consistency and said I was doing great. I love that. I love having friendly faces at the Rec Center. I ran 3 laps with him and it was nice to not focus on running and just enjoy the conversation. I need something like that so I don't think about running every minute.

Great day. Did my crunches and push ups yesterday!!! Love how my core is feeling!
