It was a lot harder than I thought. When I did 6 miles the first time I felt great and could have run more. Today, I ran out of energy about mile 5 - before I left I really thought about having a quick banana. Next time - I will. I can't wait for the weather to turn and I can run outside. I'm actually waiting for daylight to start a little earlier. Next week I start the strength part of my training which will involve some hills - I haven't seen a hill in the Rec Center:)
I have had a great week. I've been focused on the number 65 and I will continue to focus on that number. It will take a couple of weeks but can't wait. I haven't been on the scale all week. This is very abnormal for me and usually a big challenge. This week - not even tempted. My scale actually has a big 65 taped to it! I won't know my loss this week until I step on the scale at Weight Watchers. I have to say that I'm excited to see.

Oh yeah - something extra got skipped on Wednesday but last night ---- DONE!
I think you can say that 7 miles is a little extra this time!! Way to go - I can't even imagine running 1 mile! I am sure that all your hard work is paying off.
