Today was my day off from working out. Rest is nice and I'm learning essential for some recovery. Tomorrow is my long run - 6 miles. The most I have run since last October. It should go pretty good.

Weigh in was today. Down 4.4 pounds. Yeah. Little excitement because I gained 4.6 last week. It's okay. I'm glad I'm where I am. I had a light bulb moment today. It was the reality that I need to go further. I've come a long way but I'm not done. I've known this but today it was a literal "click" - this is what's gotta happen. Onward!
