Something extra Day 6 was Sunday - my total rest day. Something extra Day 7 - done. Did my crunches and push ups after I ran and some more last night. Thanks for the challenge. It was simple and yet so effective for me!
Something great - my friends attended a running clinic where they were taped while they ran. The "expert" helped them with their running form and some tips for success. They were sharing them with me last night. I tried one thing today while I was running. I run with my arms twisting from side to side with my hands tight. Today, I ran with my arms close to my body, wrists out and loose. I know that doesn't verbally make much sense. It made a huge difference. My arms weren't tired while I was running. As I got closer to being done my elbows wanted to stick out but just turning my wrists out brought my elbows back in line. I'm hoping it helps with my hips. Any way - good run!
Way to go with the pushups, crunches and the run - sounds like you are on top of it. Keep up the good work!
