2013 Goals

3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I've been thinking all day about what behaviors I NEED to work on this week. This is essential for getting back on track.
1. Portions and Measuring EVERYTHING!
2. Positive Self Talk.
3. Add push ups and sit ups daily.

Three things for the week. Three and only three so that this is manageable. I'm not changing anything physical that I'm doing. Just following my half marathon plan. I will do one thing - add sit ups and push ups daily. Not a big thing and should only take 5 minutes to do.
