2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

March 15, 2011

My run today was only 3 miles. I did 3.5 - after doing the Shred yesterday my legs were tight until about mile 3 - stretching is good.

I'm still having an internal debate about quiting Weight Watchers. It's very hard. If I quit I lose my support. My meetings, my awesome leader, my friends, my weigh in pressure. I was in this until I hit life time. That was a goal. Um.... Money. It may all come down to money.

  1. How often are you doing the shred? I am starting today and am committing to actually doing it for 30 days IN-A-ROW!!!!

It is hard to do this journey without support. I hope that you will be able to do whatever works for you.

  2. It's the #1 goal at the top of your blog!!! You can't quit!:) I know, money makes it difficult(we're a single income family). But if there is any wiggle room--make it work. You are worth it. 10 years from now when you are a lifetimer I guarantee you will not be saying, "Dang, sure wish I hadn't sacrificed that $40 a month when I lost all this weight!"

But in the end if you have to--I still believe you can do it. Maybe you could start some type of meeting on your own?
