I got up and ran today. Felt good and feels like I'm getting back on track with both endurance and speed. I like the training I'm going. I'm motivated just a little more.

So I wasn't going to get on the scale this week. I did. Last night. It's okay. It's headed the right direction and that makes me feel better. I am going to weigh in tomorrow because I'm traveling on Saturday. Can't wait for warm weather! I'm ready to run outside!
