2013 Goals

3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Just waiting to go to church. Thought I would drop in. I weighed in yesterday. It was not glorious. It was a 4.6 pound gain. Ug. I'm not to terribly upset and down. I will get back on track. I'm going to spend today thinking about what I need to do. It really is simple. I just have to get back to the behaviors that I've been taught and execute them.

I did run yesterday. My little boy had a basketball clinic at the Rec Center so I ran while he was doing that. Got 3.2 miles in and met my mileage goal for the week. Physically I'm doing okay. I've got my training for my half marathon in full swing. I've got to find some time to work in strength and core training too - it will come. DING --- planning. I'm missing the planning. Today I will get back on track. I can do hard things! I will meet my ultimate weight loss goal. I will! I can do it!
