2013 Goals

3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Today is my day off. I love having a designated day. Tomorrow is another 6 mile run. I would love to run outside. I'm going to check the weather and see what it's going to be like. It's ok inside, nothing I can't handle.
Mentally, I'm starting to get a recharge. I'm reading and studying a little. Refreshing my mind.
I am missing some key things.
A goal - a short term goal - I'm going to keep it easy. 30 days of crunches and push ups.

Power Foods - My day should consist of power foods. I need to get my celery cut up, my carrots out and my apples sliced. My salad needs to be built.
Planning - I'm just going with whatever. I started to get some menus together - I've got four weeks worth - that's plenty to get started. Now to get some grocery shopping done.

Action. Actions speak louder than words. It is time to act. I can do hard things! I can - get to it!

  1. You are right, Actions do speak louder than words. I finally stoped talking to my mom and husband about weight loss this year. I update them with progress usually (i.e. 'lost 2 pounds!'), but we don't chat about it anymore. I just do the work. And you know what? This time I am doing it!

  2. Sundays are my day off from everythign (except being a wife and mom!) and I so look forward to it! My muscles are really needing the break this week with the zumba and shred - why did they have to fall in the same month??? Hope you are doing well! Thought of you when I did my crunches!
