Oh my! It was hard to get out of bed. A little dizzy. A little queezy. Not sure what that's all about. I ran any way. Got 3.5 miles in and called it. On the schedule I only needed 3 today but oh well. I'm a half a mile ahead now.

Today starts a new day. I will track everything and measure everything. Portions are important and I've strayed from measuring. Just guessing isn't going to get me to goal.

Happiness on Friday! My husband and I are going to blue sky and warm. Can't wait!
