Sit ups and push ups DONE. I started last night but I didn't commit until today. I'm in this for 30 days! Thanks for the challenge. It may be just what I needed!
I'm starting with 2 sets of 15 up, lower and obliques. My abs are sore from yesterday. Can't wait to find some other abs exercises to do -- I may even pull out the Firm VHS and see what they have! Push ups - 2 sets of 15.
Way to go!! Keep it up. I did Zumba last night and just reading your post made my abs hurt again! Almost 3 days down - 27 to go!
