Oh Monday! So glad you are here. I'm ready to start a new week. This is week is the first week of the strength portion of my training. I'm hoping it will stop raining and snowing enough that I can get outside and run. If not I guess the treadmill is my other option.
I had such a good weekend. Eating was good, just hanging out was great. I feel like this week is going to end with my goal met. 65 is coming! I can see it -- feel it! it's so close. I'm gonna get there! I'm so glad that I'm where I am. I never really imagined I would be here in my journey - some where in the back of my mind I knew I would get here. This time has been different. The support around me this time is so much better. That is an important facet of the journey. People around you who are just like you. Similar struggles. I also have people around me who have been where I'm going. Their advice has been invaluable. I would have quit twice but thank goodness I had the support.
My something extra will continue this week. I am going to add some to my push ups and crunches.

Great job keeping up with the something extra. Boy were my calves killing me this weekend and I wanted to give up - but I knew I would have to come on my blog and admit it to you ladies!! Keep it up
