2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Wow! An entire week since I posted. It hasn't been a lazy week. While traveling I was on the treadmill and when I got home I did some Jillian Michaels. She is my favorite. This morning -- January 1, 2011 - Starting fresh -- I worked out. I started with the longer Jillian but with kids working out with me (a good thing) I switched to Level 1 on the Shred.

A year with Jillian. That's what I'm aiming for -- a more physical year than last year. By physical, I mean shaping, strength training - I had an active year in 2010 - 2011 is my physical year.

Here are some of my goals - just off the top of my head - I will be more descriptive later.

1) Life time member of Weight Watchers
2) Half marathon
3) Beat Beethoven

These goals are all for the first half of the year - half marathon in June. Life time by my birthday in July. Beat Beethoven is in August or September.
