2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I've been thinking about some goals for the past week. I'm going to set some for the year and some just for the month of January. I really feel like I need some definite blogging time. Mornings always seem a bit rushed. Just so they are written and not floating around in my head - here's my thoughts.
January -
  • Break the 200 pound mark. It's so close. It's so doable.
  • A month of Jillian on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In December I only did it one day a week and slept in the other. Not good enough.
  • Make 4.5 miles the minimum I run each time. I'm getting faster and thus running further.
  • Track! Track! Track!
  • Positive thinking. It will get me there!
Running was good today. Cold and snowy outside. So grateful for the Rec Center. I love the energy I have after working out - Remember that -- remember how good this feels!
