I forget how hard this workout is - I am shaking and sweating - I feel great! I love that I can do this. There is no way that last January this would have been possible. I love to see progress. This is a huge NSV for me. Progress.

Yesterday I was so cold all day. I never got warm until I crawled into bed with my fleece jammies. Cold and hungry. I seem voracious yesterday. I solved it with protein - instead of sweets or chips - I don't know why these things are in my house but they are. I am avoiding them like the plague. It hasn't been to bad. I just have to use my head - literally.
