I had a great Jillian workout today. I only did it once last week and I skipped Tuesday this week. I should never go that far between Jillian workouts. My body is shaking. It is good.

I printed off some training schedules for my half marathon - it is so doable. I'm excited. One factor that I have to include in my training are the hills that I will face coming out of the canyon. If I train for them they shouldn't be an issue - well - I'm sure it will still be tough. Preparation is everything and I will be prepared!

Weigh in is in two days. I can't wait. I will be down and it's all thanks to the challenge. I've really found myself focusing on the Power Foods. I'm a slow learner - it's taken me a year to figure this out. Thank goodness for the new program and Vicki - I honestly would have quit in October. I'm so grateful for the weekly meetings that motivate me and keep me in check.
