2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I'm going to set a few goals for the week - these will help me attain my January goal.
  • Follow the Good Health Guidelines. This week I'm going back to the basics. I'm going to get my dairy and oil in -- daily.
  • The challenge from our meeting -- plan and eat 10 meals using Power Food.
  • Track! Track! Track!
  • Keep the current work out schedule.
Weigh in was good yesterday - down 1.2. My hard work is paying off -- one pound at a time!
