Strength and toning is key. I know because I can feel a difference in my body this week. It truly is going to be a year with Jillian.
Yesterday's eating wasn't too bad - everything was tracked. Yes - admitting to myself more than anyone - I had A cookie - A - one - it was good. It's mental. I just melted that cookie away - eating fruits and veggies and working out - Have a great day!
