It's Monday! The start of a fabulous week. Why? Who knows but it's got to be good! Another week closer to spring - warm weather - running outside!

My run today was good. It feels so good when I'm done. Mentally I'm ready and physically I have so much energy. My pace is getting faster and more consistent. This makes me feel so good.

I want to set a goal for this week - In order to meet my January goal of weighing less than 200 lbs, I've got to be as consistent as the first two weeks. Last week wasn't bad, down 0.8 lbs but the next two weeks need to be over one pound a week to make it.

The next two weeks you ask -- I'm changing the date for my goal -- is that fair? Sure. My life is all about flexibility :)

Goals for the week of January23 - 29th
  1. Do Jillian on Tuesday and Thursday.
  2. No cookies this week. My focus -- POWER FOODS.
  3. Track Healthy Checks - make sure I'm getting everything - water, water, water;)
