This is my year with Jillian. I just finished No More Trouble Zones. I love how I feel when I'm done. I feel great.

So I decided I wasn't going to eat sugar - well, sweets and treats. I have been doing great. Yesterday I had two chocolate chip cookies. They were great. I have really been thinking about this - do I dwell on the fact that I ate them? After doing this a year, I feel like indulgences are okay. You need them sometimes. You eat it, you track it. It's okay. It wasn't ten cookies. It's not everyday. It's okay. I have a lifestyle now that keeps me in control.

Life is good.
