Awesome run today. PR for the mile and a PR for distance (since using the Nike App). It felt great. I really was tired today and thought if I could just get 3 miles in I would be doing great. I did 5.1 miles and a mile in 10:13. It just felt good.
Tomorrow is my weight in day. The first in a few weeks. I'm a little nervous. I guess that means I need to have more positive thoughts. My goal - weigh less than I did on October 31st - before the holiday season. I have been on the scale at night a few times this week - it just keeps me in check. It's so hard not to get on the scale in the morning. That's a terrible habit that I formed - It is one that I'm going to break.
