Oh how I missed running last week! This week it is so nice to get back to the Rec Center. I don't know what has changed other than it's January and it just feel like change needs to happen. My pace is getting faster, love this. I don't feel like the granny running. Somedays, I feel like I could run and run. Today was one of those days.

Yesterday - I had 2 cookies again. What the heck? No more. I would much rather have the confidence that builds when I say no than the taste of them when I give in. I also forgot to track lunch - at dinner I had 15 points left - so I ate the 15 points. Only to realize I hadn't tracked my lunch. I dipped into my flex points. I have been avoiding this all week. I know I will lose if I don't use them. Such is life.

My legs are stiff from Jillian's workout yesterday - I really don't like lunges. I am getting stronger but the day after legs are still sore. I need to order another Jillian so I don't get bored.

Well, off to a new day. Not going to waste it!
