No workout today. Getting myself out of bed is proving harder than I thought. This morning I was dog tired. Tired. My throat is sore. Vitamin C - here I come.

I had a thought this morning, but.... it's gone. Dang. it was good.

Weigh in is Saturday - one closer to my 200 pound mark. Do you have any idea how long it's been since my body has seen 200 pounds? I actually don't even know -- college? I remember the numbers 188 from high school or college - I am fifteen pound from there - love it!
