Tired. One word to describe me today. Physically and mentally. I'm really glad it's Friday.
My run today was very forced. I had to force myself with every step. I'm not sure why - I think I've got a lot on my mind. It's like a big weight. It will get worked out - slowly but it will.
Tomorrow is weigh in - I've done the Power Foods this week. I have felt great. I keep thinking Saturday will be a great weigh in - I have been on the scales though and I don't think I'll be down much. It OKAY. A loss is a loss! I'm moving in the right direction. If I have a consistent loss tomorrow, and the same next week I should be at my goal. That keeps me motivated. It keeps me going. Thank goodness for goals!
