Running today - I went - I ran - I got 3 miles in - I came home.
Weigh in is tomorrow - closer to my 200 mark - It should be a loss, just a matter of how much. I'm pointed in a great direction. It's still slowly coming off. I'm glad it's slow. Slow is good. Slow is a keeper. Slow weight loss is permanent weight loss.

Oh -- has anyone notices the mornings are getting brighter and the daylight is lasting a little longer. Yay! Bring on February! One month closer to running outside!
