Day 4 of Shred - I've got to fit this in more each week. I really like it. Next week is Level 2 - I may really miss Level 1!
Yesterday I got an email from the Utah Valley Marathon - time to sign up for that days races. Half Marathon anyone?? If I knew a baby schedule - I would try for a half marathon!
I feel good - I'm a little tempted to get on the scales I would like to see some progress. At the same time if the number isn't where I want it to be ----- what would happen mentally? What if it was where I wanted it --- what would happen mentally. It is best just to stay off the scales. I will focus on how I feel and I feel great. I'm not weighing in until next Saturday so it should be worth the wait!
