Physically - Whoa. Today I did my day 3 of 30 day Shred. I like this. It's getting easier. Next week - level 2. After doing the Shred - I rode the incumbent exercise bike I got over the weekend. I love yard sales! I only did 10 minutes - my legs are burning. It feels good. That's what I needed. Stronger quads!
Mentally - where am I? I didn't get on the scales last night or this morning. Last night we had some friends over for dessert - I had a piece. Did I have two? Heck no - I knew I wasn't getting on the scale and believe it or not - that came into play.
My weight watchers location ran out of the 3 month journal - I've been tracking in just the paper trackers they provide. I hate them. It's a mental issue. I really don't enjoy it. Last night I set everything up to track on my iphone. I'm kind of excited. I didn't realize how many tools and capabilities it has. The only problem is to use it I will always have to have a membership to Weight Watchers.
Can't wait for Monday - hoping no anxiety today! My kitchen is clean and my dishes done - funny but that's a big factor in my work load and what my mind thinks I have to do! Have a great Monday!
