No running or shred today. Yesterday my knee was stiff and swollen. After a day of ice and ibuprofen it feels better. I think a few days off will help. I also think a new pair of shoes. I've only had my since June but I didn't buy another pair to switch with so these have run their course!
Hopefully tomorrow I can run a little. After reading a ton yesterday about runner's knee I've got to hit the gym. I like the Shred workout but I may need a little more strength training for my quads.
