Good run this morning. I didn't stop and walk as much today. I was at 8 minutes when I usually walk - I thought - you know - I could go until 10 minutes. At 10 minutes -- I waited until 12 then i was almost to where I wanted to turn around so I just went the entire way - 20 minutes. It's all mental. Running is so much more mental. One aspect - my pace was much slower. When I take regular walk breaks my pace is much faster - even with my walk breaks. I feel better running and walking.
Today was my weigh in - down! Yeah. I will enter all my numbers later. Time to shower and get my boys going on jobs. Lucky them!
Down 1.2 pounds! Total - 47.8! So close to 50 pounds. My half way mark-- I think. I should set a goal weight -------
