My knees are feeling better so today --- I begin the 30 Day Shred (again)! Level one - let's talk about how I felt so that in a few weeks I will know just how far I've come. Jumping Jacks - tough. I get winded during the jumping jacks. Let's be honest here - after 4 kids - any jumping I do is hard. My bladder is not what it used to be. All of the cardio I have to push through. The strength - tough because I can't find my other 3 pound weight. That's just how it has to be - I will get stronger. Overall, I feel pretty darn good.

Over the weekend I was figuring out my BMI. I'm 2 points away from being overweight! Yeah. I looked back through my blog and found that when I started, my BMI was 39 - wow. I have not wasted a day! I'm proud of my 32! I can't wait until it's 30! Then 27! Finally 25 - NORMAL.

I haven't ever set an end goal weight. I just figured I would know when I got there. I've been playing with that this weekend. I'm thinking 170 - 165 pounds. I've got to talk to my weight watchers leader and get some input. I don't think I've ever weight 165 - maybe one time in college.

I've been thinking about all the knowledge that I have gained over the past 9 months. Look at what I know. Look at what I can do. Look at who I am. Who are you?
