What a beautiful day. The sun is shining, the sky is blue -- I love fall. I got out of bed, got my house in order, laundry started, boys off to school and Miss B and I went running. It was such a nice day for a run. A little on the warm side but nice. Do you think shoes dictate how fast you run? I would really like to blame it on the new shoes - it's probably pushing the stroller. That's a little more challenging.
Can I just tell you that I did my usual 3 and a half mile route, I didn't really want to do more than that. When I got to the stop sign to head down hill and home ----- I went straight and kept running. I really feel that by mile 3, I'm just getting warmed up. What's that about?
Tomorrow is Day 4 of the Shred. I'm slow - only getting Jillian in 2 or 3 times a week. It feels great. I can see a change in my arms. I can feel the change in my abs/core.
I'm loving avoiding the scales. It feels great. I feel great. I feel very on top of my eating. I really love tracking on my iphone and online. It's so easy. Why haven't I been doing this all the time??
