I ran yesterday but only got 2.5 miles in - towards the end I had to go to the bathroom so bad I had to walk and just went home instead of making it longer. My running body has gotten used to the days off it had. The Shred has ended that and I think my body wants to recover from Shredding on its running days. Did that make any sense.
I'm a little sad as it starts to get darker and darker in the mornings. I push my runs back later but eventually I will have to suck it up and run in the dark or go to the Rec Center. What do I hate worse - running in circles or running in the dark? Dark will win - Have a great day!
