I slept in this morning and didn't run until 7:00 - oh my heck it felt so great! Sleeping not the run. My run still felt sluggish. I had to push myself the entire way. My upper body was tired and stiff. Does that make any sense. I tried to relax my shoulders and arms and get into a rhythm it just never really happened. I'm pretty sure that I feel better running 6.5 miles than I do running 3.5 miles.
Melanie - I thought I replied to your comment but it's not there - weird. We are too old to have kids. I will be 38 this year. How did we go from 16 to 38? I know I can be healthy during pregnancy - I'm already in the mode of activity. Who knows. What will happen will happen!
I would enter my distance but my workout on the Nike sensor didn't begin when I did. I didn't realize this until I was 8 minutes into my run. Oh well. Good day any way!
