After a very late night waiting for my DH to drive home, I slept in. It will be my day off. yay.

I wanted to share how the week was going. Number one, I started tracking on my iphone. What an awesome tool. It is very different mentally to enter everything into the digital world. It's more solid - it's stone. Helps me to not cheat. Number two, not weighing myself morning and night. It is somewhat liberating. I say somewhat because it is very addicting and it is very hard to not step on the scale. I left it out - it's sitting there looking at me. I have to be good. I have to eat good. I have to work out. Why? Because the scale is not giving me a number - high -- don't eat -- low -- a cookie won't hurt.

I feel good and I feel back on track. I also want to track online for the rest of my life -- hitting life time and not paying at Weight Watchers is a goal I would like to aim for - I would really like to sit down and figure out a better time frame for that. Life. Love it. Today.
