Today was my workout with Jackie B. not Jackie Warner. I'm sure you all knew that. I am loving this! I can't wait to see me results in 5 more weeks. I really want to be at my 90 pound loss!
Today she had us doing some more sprints, grapevines, running backwards, scooting sideways, burpees, push ups, lifting with bands, and other things I can't remember. It was a good 45 minutes. I fell running backwards. On my butt. It was during the first set of running we did - thought I was okay until we were stretching. I did something to my shoulder. I came home and iced it and took some ibuprofen. It should be fine...... Stupid momentum!
Anyway - working on protein today. Doing better and seeing a little movement which is satisfying.
