2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Today was a great start to the new year. My friend who picked me up every day last winter to run, and really pushed me towards my goals signed up to run a marathon with me. Yes. I am going to train for and run a MARATHON. Part of my thinks that I'm crazy. The other part is pretty dang excited and I can't wait to do it.

I'm also excited because two sister-in-laws, a brother-in-law and a father-in-law are going to run the 10K that same day. Very cool to have so much family there. Love it!

Today running wasn't easy but I felt better than I have in weeks. My phone freaked out and shut off so I just took it and the head phones off and just ran. I had my watch and I set my mind at 45 minutes. I have no idea how far I ran - well experience tells me that I can run about 4 miles in the time but it was almost liberating to just run. After running I did some of Jackie's ab workout. It felt good. Toning. It's all going to be about toning and running. Oh and I signed up for a weight training class once a week for eight weeks. I'm very excited for that.

I've got a few goals in mind and I can't wait to get each one checked off my list.
