I had my training with Jackie today. Last week was fairly easy. I was hoping this week would be more challenging. It was! I loved it. We warmed up and headed straight into the workout with walking lunges, then ninja jumps, shuttle runs, push ups, abs and some strength training with bands. My favorite part is the cool down. She has showed us how to use foams rollers. LOVE THEM!!! I thought my IT bands were doing okay - oh man - was I wrong. My hips aren't hurting yet but when I rolled them today they KILLED! Better stretching on those. They'll only get worse.

I have complained about my weight over the past two weeks. As I think about what could be going on, I keep having flashbacks to the holiday break. I'm sure I almost ate an entire bag of white chocolate chips one handful at a time. Weight Watchers etools are great. Last night I pulled up some charts with all of my eating on them. I haven't had any days since the beginning of December that I was right on my points. I was always over. Whoa -- I know better. I'm not going to throw everything I've learned out the window. I'm not going back to that girl.

Today I have measured out quite a few items. Jerky, wheat thins, veggie crisps, craisins, and croutons are ready to go. Last night I sat and planned out some breakfasts, lunches and snacks so that I know their point values. I also wrote down what I would eat today. I've done okay. I did switch lunch up but it's tracked.

Today -- I will be right on target. I will not go over my points. I can do today. I will worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Focus ---- TODAY!
