Not enough time this morning for a long so I did level 1 of the 30 day shred. Oh my heck. I forgot how tough it is. Jillian is good! Have a great day!

  1. I did day 4 of level 1 this morning - it is SO tough! But I always feel really good about myself when I get to the stretching.
