I slept in today. It felt great. I waited and ran later because I had an appointment with Jackie for a nutritional analysis. I'm going to do a little research on what she told me. I'll get back to you later with what she told me. I ran 4 miles today - trying to stay on schedule for my marathon training. This is short but it's after noon and I've got a lot to do.     What training program are you using again for your marathon? I am seriously thinking about running one but haven't put my mind to it yet, someday I will, maybe after all my kids are here:) Keep it up, I love your blog!!

  2. I'm using one that my neighbor is using. There are three of us running and we're going to follow that one. It's an intermediate one so I don't know if I'll stick with it, I may need a beginners plan. Who knows! Thanks for your comments and support! Have a great day Jana!
