2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Current weight - 275.4 pounds. Yes. Yes, I am up. I know what to do. I'll get started again. Just a short term goal - by the time I'm done with the 8 weeks of personal training, I want to be at 164 pounds. That is a lofty goal - I will do it. I can do it.

Today, Vicki talked about believing. She asked the question, "Do you BELIEVE?" Do I believe that I can accomplish my goals? Do I believe that I can lose what I need to work at Weight Watchers? Do I believe that I can run 26.2 miles? Do I believe that I can help my family make healthier choices? Do I believe???
